The spread of those stories led to the firm's meltdown, he said. Some of his former partners asked the Manhattan District Attorney to investigate former Dewey chairman Steve Davis in an attempt to nix the firm's merger discussions with other firms, he said. "There'll be plenty of acrimony and anger still to come," he predicts. More than a third of the firm's 300-some partners have left since the beginning of the year. Saft, now head of the New York real estate practice group at Holland & Knight, is the first former Dewey partner to speak on camera since the firm's troubles began earlier this year. | Ohio Changes Vicious Dog Law The state of Ohio is revising a dog law that once considered all pit bulls as vicious. Now the law will focus more on the behavior of a dog and not the breed. | Ndile, Muthama challenge election law www.ntv.co.ke Former Kibwezi MP Kalembe Ndile and PNU chief whip Johnstone Muthama have moved to court today challenging the Elections Act 2012, which requires parliamentary aspirants to be holders of university degrees. Kalembe and Muthama argue that if that is allowed, then politicians who have not had formal education will be denied an opportunity to serve their people. | Ex-Dean: I Expect Some Law Schools to Close April 25 (Bloomberg Law) -- Former University of Nebraska and University of Houston Law School Dean Nancy Rapoport tells Bloomberg Law's Lee Pacchia that she expects some law schools to close their doors because of the student debt crisis. She also handicaps whether Congress will amend the bankruptcy code to let students discharge their student loan debt if they file for bankruptcy. Rapoport is currently a professor at the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada. | Obama Signs NDAA Martial Law There is little one can say about a video such as this but nazi Germany has arrived in the US predicted by many for years. The writing was on the wall so people shouldn't be surprised. Credits to the editor of this video Matt D and to YouTube user clipofreality who uploaded this clip on 14th December and thanks to rohbss for bringing this video to my attention. I am very glad that more people are now awakening to the atrocities that have been going on for a very long time. The more people that see this video the better. It's all about informing and spreading truth after all. | Street Fighter X Tekken Trials - Law Performed by Vesper | Michio Kaku: Tweaking Moore's Law and the Computers of the Post-Silicon Era What's beyond silicon?
