Turtle River State Park is a state park in Grand Forks County, North Dakota, north of the community of Arvilla. The park is located in a valley along the Turtle River and was established in the 1930s as a Civilian Conservation Corps project. Activities available at the park include camping, cross country skiing, fishing, hiking, and mountain biking. [2] The park also features an outdoor learning center.[3]
