Seaquest State Park in Cowlitz County, Washington is a camping park in the Washington State Park System. The campground includes standard (non-utility) sites, partial (water&electricity) sites and full hookups (water, electricity & sewage).[1] It consists of 475 acres (192.2 hectares) of forest with over 1 mile (1.6 km) of freshwater shoreline on Silver Lake near Mount St. Helens. However Silver Lake is better known for its Wetlands trail and boat launch and is not a considerable swimming spot. Public access for boating & fishing is located about 1 mile East of the campground on highway 504. Available activities include hiking (including 1 mile (1.6 km) of ADA-accessible trail), birdwatching, and horseshoes, as well as the Mount St. Helens Visitor Center which is located across the street. Mount St. Helens is located approximately 47 miles away from the campground ( aprox. a one hour & 20 minute drive. )[2]
