Herbert Scott Perry (April 17, 1891 in Denison, Texas – October 27, 1959 in Kansas City, Missouri), was a professional baseball player who played pitcher in the Major Leagues from 1915-1921. He would play for the Philadelphia Athletics, St. Louis Browns, Chicago Cubs, and Cincinnati Reds.
