RTV21 (an acronym for Radio Televizioni 21; English: Radio and Television 21) is a radio and television broadcaster operating in Kosovo since 1998. The radio broadcasting started in 1998, while TV broadcasting began in 1999 after Serbian forces withdrew from Kosovo. RTV21 is the most popular channel in Kosovo. RTV21 also has five other channels: 21 Plus, 21 Popullore, 21 Mix, 21 Junior and 21 Business. By the end of 2012,RTV 21 was selected as tv of the year on the first edition of IMK.

2013-present[edit]

Now the Radio Television 21 leads the media market being broadcast all over the world through Smart World TV an iptv packet. Till now it has broadcast popular Turkish TV series such as Muhtesem Yuzyil which won the best Turkish series award on IMK Awards, then Fatmagul, Aci Hayat. It is currently broadcasting Karadayi in a prime time slot.
