Platygillellus bussingi, known commonly as the Bussing's stargazer in the United Kingdom, is a species of sand stargazer in the genus Platygillellus. It is a tropical blenny known from around Costa Rica and Panama, in the eastern central Pacific Ocean. It was described by C.E. Dawson in 1974. Blennies in this species can reach a maximum length of 5 centimetres, and swim at a depth range of 1-15 metres. They feed primarily off of benthic invertebrates and small finfish.
