Lt. Gen. Joseph Leroy Manor's awards include four Air Force Distinguished Service Medals, two Legion of Merits, two Distinguished Flying Crosses and one Purple Heart. A Morrisonville native, he served in the United States Air Force from 1943 to 1978.
