Michael Frederick "Mick" Billmeyer (born April 24, 1964) is the bullpen coach for the Philadelphia Phillies major league baseball team, wearing number 17. He joined the Phillies organization in 2000 as a minor league catching coordinator, and was named a major league instructor in 2003. On November 15, 2008, Billmeyer was named Philadelphia's bullpen coach.
Billmeyer was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 2nd round of the 1985 draft. As a player, he played in the Orioles, Texas Rangers, and California Angels organizations.
