The Malaysian order of precedence is a nominal and symbolic hierarchy of important positions within the Government of Malaysia. It has a legal standing and usable to dictate ceremonial protocol.

The Malaysian Prime Minister's Department issues a twentieth Order of Precedence[1][2] for Malaysia on January 22, 1998 through the Malaysian Government Gazette.
