Current members[edit]

The current Premier of British Columbia, Christy Clark and Green Party leader Jane Sterk are not sitting members of the Legislative Assembly, as they were defeated in their own ridings in the 2013 election. On June 5, 2013, MLA Ben Stewart, who was re-elected in Westside-Kelowna on election night, resigned to allow Clark to contest his seat in a by-election.[1]
