The main entrance to FaHCSIA's national headquarters
The Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) is an Australian Government department. Its main office is located in Southern Canberra in the suburb of Greenway. Its role is to develop social policies and support affected Australian society and the living standards of Australian families. The Office of Indigenous Policy Coordination is part of FaHCSIA. The Department offers benefits and/or programs for the following:[1]
