Letre Road [edit]
Is a 6-lane main road in Malabon. It starts at a roundabout in the Malabon City Hall and end in the Caloocan borders. It becomes a part of C-4 after passing the C-4 Road. It is also called "General San Miguel Street" and "Rizal Avenue".
Samson Road [edit]
After passing the Caloocan Borders, Letre Road becomes Samson Road. Samson Road is a main road in Caloocan with 6-8 lanes. It becomes EDSA after passing the roundabout in Monumento, Caloocan City. It is also called "Caloocan Road" and "Monumento Avenue".
Epifanio De los Santos Avenue [edit]
EDSA is a 10-lane highway that utilizes Interchanges and Grade Separations. EDSA forms the majority portion of the Circumferential Road 4 (C-4) in Metro Manila, passing through the cities of Pasay, Makati, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, and Caloocan. Its southern endpoint is at a roundabout near the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay and its northern terminus is at Monumento, a monument to Andrés Bonifacio, in Caloocan. The avenue was constructed during the presidency of Manuel L. Quezon.
EDSA extension to the Mall of Asia [edit]
The EDSA extension from Roxas Boulevard to J.W. Diokno Boulevard in the Reclamation Area in Pasay are no longer parts of C-4. C-4, like the other completed circumferential roads in Manila and in Metro Manila (C-1, C-2, and C-3), starts in R-10 and officially ends in R-1.
