This category includes any location in the United Kingdom regardless of size where ethnic minorities (i.e. non-White British people) represent the majority (>50%) of the local population. Places within places are not listed (e.g. Whitechapel in Tower Hamlets, which has a much higher percentage of ethnic minorities than the borough as a whole isn't included), although locations within locations with an overall ethnic minority population of less than 50% are exempt (e.g. Moss Side in Manchester).
